1. God said to Abraham : you shall spread abroad to the west and
   to the east and to the north and to the south, and in you and
   your offspring shall all the families of the earth be blessed.
   Genesis 28:14 . Abraham did not look at these worldly blessings
   but  Abraham was looking forward to the city that has foundations,
   whose designer and builder is God. Hebrews 11:10.This is the happiest
   thing in Abrahams life

2. Moses saw many miracles in the journey of Israel people coming from
  Egypt to Canaan  like water from the rock , manna from heaven , divided
  red sea ... Moses did not get any satisfaction with these miracles but
  Moses asking God that please show me Your glory "Exodus 33:12
         As Moses asked God, God showed His glory Exodus 33:22.
         This is the happiest thing in Moses life

3.His disciples returned with joy , saying, "Lord, even the demons are
  subject to us in your name!"  Luke 10:17 . Immediately God told them
  that  Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject
  to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven." Luke 10:20

4.  Elijah said to Elisha, "Ask what I shall do for you, before I am
    taken from you." And Elisha said, "Please let there be a double
    portion of your spirit on me." 2kings 2:9.As Elisha asked, he received
    the cloak of Elijah that has fallen from Elijah .This is the happiest
    thing in Elisha's life
